Makeover: Constitutional edition

The Detroit Free Press has an op-ed this morning about the upcoming chance to make real change in Michigan.

Michigan voters will be asked on the November ballot if the state should have a constitutional convention. The last time Michigan drafted a new constitution was 50 years ago.
