The Detroit Free Press is reporting there’s trouble. Right here in Detroit City. With a capital T, that rhymes with P, and that stands for phones. The ones that were used to send sexy text messages, but this time, not between the former mayor and his chief of staff.
This time, the messages reveal an extramarital affair are between the city’s interim police chief and one of his subordinates, who also happens to be the girlfriend of the interim chief’s predecessor.
