It appeared that attendees of the State Bar of Michigan’s annual meeting had an extra spring in their step. Not just because of the opportunities to network with their colleagues, but because hosting burg Grand Rapids was in the midst of its second annual ArtPrize juried competition, which turned the town into a modern art museum.
One SBM member even dubbed the city “Oz Rapids,” and ArtPrize founder Rick DeVos perosnally welcomed SBM inaugural luncheon attendees to his fair city.
